An introduction to yoga for our members. The class focuses specifically on thoracic (spine), hip, and ankle mobility. It incorporates mobility drills and mindfulness-based meditation. Class is heated at 85 degrees.


A class more suited for those who are more seasoned in their yoga practice. The class incorporates Vinyasa, a yoga style that incorporates a step-by-step approach while seamlessly using breath. This class will help the athlete strengthen and balance mind, body, and soul. Set to our signature HOA sounds to power up the practice. Class is heated between 90 - 95 degrees.


A chilled class for those looking for a more therapeutic option. The class is based on Yin principles, moving slow and holding poses for longer to tap into the deep connective tissue. The perfect option for those recovering from an injury or returning from rehabilitation.


A class for those who have taken at least 10 H2 Level Classes. The music is louder, the lights are kept low, and the heat is up. Your teacher flows with you. The yogi has more options to freestyle their practice with powerful vinyasa flows designed to make you feel empowered.
