Mindful Flow

The class focuses specifically on thoracic (spine), hip, and ankle mobility. It incorporates traditional yoga postures, mobility drills and mindfulness-based meditation. Class is heated using infra-red to stimulate thermoregulators in the body, increase flexibility and pliability of the musculoskeletal system.

Reset Flow

This class focuses on slow and intentional movements designed to target fascia, deep connective tissue and joints. Every pose in this class is either seated or lying and can be held for up to 6 minutes. The use of yoga props such as blocks, bolsters and straps are utilized to support the body in these movements. The temperature of the room is warmed with infrared heaters and is 60 minutes in duration.

Flow

A class more suited for those who are looking to level up their yoga practice. The class incorporates Vinyasa, a yoga style that incorporates a step-by-step approach while seamlessly using breath. This class will help the athlete strengthen and balance mind, body, and soul. Set to our signature HOA sounds to power up the practice. The temperature of the room is warmed with infrared heaters and is 60 minutes in duration.
