Everyone is equal in our House. We are on a mission to re-define athlete with a dedicated approach to improving the health and performance outcomes for all members. Our fitness programming follows a group based strength and conditioning approach similar to what an elite athlete would experience with coaches and a team.

BASE
Strength and Conditioning

HOA’s signature strength and conditioning class. Base is inspired by the pro athlete, for the everyday athlete. Training involves a wide range of exercises developed to build mental and physical fitness with a focus on mobility, strength, stability, endurance, power, speed and agility.

Yoga
Yoga Flow Series

YOGA FLOW

A class suited for those who are looking to level up their Yoga practice. This class incorporates vinyasa style breathing and movements to help the athlete create balance in mind, body and soul.

MINDFUL FLOW

Yoga practice focuses on thoracic (spine), hip and ankle mobility. It incorporates yoga postures, mobility drills and mindfulness-based meditation

RESET FLOW

Class focuses on slow and intentional movements while either seated or lying down. Poses are held for extended increments while the temperature of the room is warmed with infrared heating.

Altitude
Altitude Controlled Environment

Train as if you’re at high altitude like the elite endurance athlete. Experience the benefits of interval style training at 5,000+ ft designed to develop aerobic capacity and both mental and physical fitness. Grab your heart rate monitor and strap in for a heightened one of a kind training experience!

Sculpt
HIIT Heated Accessory Class

Full body HIIT class focusing on accessory movements, time under tension, and hypertrophy training all in a heated environment.


TRIBE
Game Day

This class resembles our weekly programming methods in a team-oriented atmosphere. Workouts are specifically programmed to build camaraderie and experience fitness with our Tribe. Teamwork, conditioning and muscular endurance are the focus.

Endure
Functional Range Conditioning

Train like a tactical athlete while improving your strength and stamina through a rugged-style workout. Sessions include outdoor training as weather permits.

What to expect in a class?

Classes are an experience! House of Athlete provides a range of group-fitness based classes to serve the needs of each individual. Our fitness programming is prescriptive and eliminates the anxiety that comes with trying to figure out what type of workout to complete. The training method mirrors programs built for our NBA, WNBA or NFL athletes, but is modified and scaled for the everyday athlete. Our coaches will guide you every step of the way and help you achieve results. The camaraderie of Tribe makes it the perfect community to grow and train with!
