House of Athlete's Youth Sports Performance program is where kids from the ages 14-18 can train at our facility and get trained like professional athletes. Our Youth Sports Program follows a strength and conditioning style similar to how our pro and elite athletes train along with our adult group fitness classes.


Improving athletic performance when it matters the most is our main objective with our pro and elite athletes. We provide a result-driven training program and system with innovative concepts focusing on micro progressive development and continuous improvements. Below are the five main components of our pro performance training program:
- Strength Training
- Speed Development
- Agility Training
- Power Development
- Position Training


We incorporate cutting edge, sports performance technology and software to take our athletes’ game to the next level. Additionally, we're continuously developing new approaches and methods to fuel our athletes to be the best of the best. Below is a some of the sports science aspects within our program:
- Initial testing tracking (max velocities, player loads, average player loads, average velocities, acceleration counts)
- Force Deck testing (counter movement jumps, static vertical jumps)
- Mcleod GPS system (which includes, heart rate variability tracking)
- Nord Board Assessments
- Velocity Based Training (VBT)
- Senaptec Proprioceptive training


This class is tailored for the middle school athlete, as we develop the foundations for complete athleticism. Key aspects of these sessions include addressing fundamental movement skills as well as introducing plyometrics and challenging body control, rhythm, reaction abilities.
The main goal here is to teach the youth athlete how to train, as they experience what it means to take part in a structured training environment.


This class is tailored for the high school athlete, as we develop the foundations for complete athleticism. Key aspects of these sessions include addressing fundamental movement skills as well as introducing plyometrics and challenging body control, rhythm, reaction abilities.
