The Director of Marketing will partner with our creative and leadership teams to establish a marketing plan and execute brand vision across various tactical workstreams and platforms. This position will be responsible for managing and optimizing all facets of growth. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with marketing strategic planning, content marketing, digital marketing and campaign measurement, and an exceptional work ethic.


  • Own the marketing plan that drives awareness, attracts high-quality members, motivates conversion, and fuels a life cycle of sustained engagement
  • Architect, develop and execute scalable, creative lead generation and campaigns across a variety of distribution channels, inclusive of digital, print, email and affiliate marketing
  • Define customer segments and tailor strategies to maximize conversion rate, LTV and CAC
  • Manage and evaluate agency partners
  • Maintain, enforce and evoke brand standards
  • Translate creative vision into actionable plans and projects
  • Collaborate successfully with creative and content teams across all campaigns and channels
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership to establish priorities, goals and targets and ensure an efficient, cohesive customer journey
  • Track campaign performance and spending using real-time dashboards and produce high quality post-campaign reports inclusive of ROI/O metrics
  • Forecast outcomes and spending as part of quarterly and campaign-specific strategic planning
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies and automation of processes


  • 5+ years experience in acquisition and retention marketing, ideally within hospitality, sports, fitness and/or media
  • An entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and practices
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Passion for health and fitness
  • Experience using Slack and GSuite preferred
  • Experience dealing with celebrities and high-profile events preferred
