The Digital Graphic Designer will report to the Head of Brand and play a major role in the evolution of HOA as a global brand. This candidate will create, manage, and produce digital design solutions for a variety of uses including: web content, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, as well as photography and video integrations. The Digital Graphic Designer will work with the Head of Brand and Director of Marketing to consistently refine brand guidelines and stand up an omni-channel graphic design system. The role requires an extremely high level of attention to detail and the ability to execute at the highest level.


  • 4+ years of marketing experience with a creative background in health & wellness, sports or at a lifestyle brand
  • Expert proficiency in Canva, as well as the use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, In-Design, etc.)
  • Strong project management and digital asset management skills
  • Possesses a good understanding of translating brand system/visual identity across all consumer touchpoints
  • Works well within a team. Approaches projects, long and short, collaboratively.
  • Ability to interpret and execute creative briefs in a timely manner
