TAMPA HOUSE COORDINATOR

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

Our Front of House Coordinator is the first face our athletes see when they enter the facility! Because you work at the front desk, you will be the first and last impression for all of our members and potential new members. The HC is responsible for delivering excellent service to all members, guests, and program participants through fulfilling their needs and maintaining cleanliness/organization of the House. The HC is knowledgeable about our facility programs, schedule, and amenities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Service

  • Provides excellent service to all athletes, guests, and program participants in the House.
  • Greet and assist all athletes, potential athletes, program participants and staff in a courteous, professional and friendly manner.
  • Be enthusiastic towards members by learning their names and expressing an interest in their House aspirations and activities.
  • Building relationships and promoting our Tribe mentality.
  • Assist existing and prospective athletes regarding their individual needs.
  • Provide membership education to prospective members through facility tours.
  • Proficient in operating Mindbody, Shopify and Calendly.
  • Handles and resolves membership/sales concerns.
  • Applies all House policies and procedures when assisting with member services.

Accountability:

  • Ensures class attendance accuracy through member check in.
  • Completes all retail related tasks and selling based on the House of Athlete retail operations manual including floor re-merchandising and replenishment.
  • Addresses communications into the facility: answering phones, responding to emails, and membership management (suspensions, cancellations, membership agreements).
  • Lead generation, conversion, assessment appointments and house accountability tasks are completed daily.
  • Notifying accountability coaches of information about their athletes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certifications: CPR within 30 days of hire.
  • Passion for fitness and wellness
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Previous customer service, sales or related experience.

BASE LEVEL COMPETENCIES:

  • MAC/OS savvy
  • Punctual and courteous

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $15.00 per hour

EXPERIENCE:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
