Basketball is now a year-round sport, and players must understand their individual needs to compete at the elite level. At House of Athlete, our basketball training program is designed with one purpose: For you to dominate your competition! In our House of Athlete basketball elite training, we focus on:

  • First step explosion.
  • Improve lower body power on and off the ball.
  • Specific jump training and plyometrics to increase vertical leap.
  • Strength and balance within the paint.
  • Quick responsiveness and improved lateral movement on defense.
  • Isometric core strength for stability, body control and efficiency.
  • Correction of imbalances and deficiencies that inhibit athleticism.
