Shannon is House of Athlete’s Director of Fitness. She competed in Olympic Weightlifting for six years, and is currently a competitive powerlifter. She specializes in fat loss, strength, power, and functionality. Shannon’s drive for fitness began at a young age, and continued through her college career where she attained a B.S. in Exercise Science and a minor in Strength and Conditioning. Over the past six years of coaching she has helped transform hundreds of athletes. She believes that fitness is about more than exercise, it’s about changing lives.
