Alex developed his passion for exercise at about 9 years old, after he and his brother would follow along to the P90x series. Now 22 years old, he has spent the past 12 years working with several other trainers and self-experimenting in the gym to develop a way to find the best results.
In his youth he has experience in all sports but decided to pursue baseball when entering high school. Being one of the smallest of the athletes on his team, he was able to compete at high levels due to his experience in training and exercise. Hard work and dedication got him a scholarship to play baseball at Barry University, where he played 4 years of baseball and graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Physiology.
Now his goal in life is to inspire all youth athletes to stay active and train hard if they want to pursue a career as a professional athlete. He would also like to motivate everybody to live a healthy, active lifestyle because of how beneficial exercising is for the human body.
