Return/Exchange Policy

We strongly believe in our products and want you to be fully satisfied with the purchases you make from us.

Policy

House of Athlete and Athlete Within Supplements can accept returns of products or services purchased directly from House of Athlete or Athlete Within Supplements (online or over the phone) and in accordance with the restrictions below. For all product returns, the original packing slip is required to be considered for reimbursement.

Damaged Items

We make every effort to package your order so that it will arrive in great condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible. If you have received a damaged item, please e-mail us at info@houseofathlete.com or call us at (954) 656-4047. Give us your name, order number and the item number that was damaged and we will arrange for the damaged item to be replaced immediately.

Policy Restrictions

(Applicable to all returns)

  1. To be considered for a refund, the return must be requested within 14 days of delivery. In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
  2. All returned item(s) must be received within 90 days of the delivery date of the item(s) to be considered for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Any unqualified return, such as orders received after 90 days of original delivery, will not be credited due to destruction or expiration considerations.
  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. eBook & Custom Meal Plan/Workout Plan purchases are non-refundable.
  5. All event ticket sales are final. Tickets purchased for a House of Athlete event may not be returned or exchanged for a full or partial refund.
  6. Apparel purchased directly from House of Athlete may be exchanged or returned for House of Athlete store credit only if the apparel item(s) is/are unworn, unwashed, and if all original tags and labels are attached to the item(s).
  7. Athlete Within dietary supplement refund requests will only be considered if the respective dietary supplement is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.


United States and International Return Instructions

  • The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return postage and shipment is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • All items must be sent back within 21 days of delivery.
  • The return tracking information must be provided and a copy of your order receipt to be included for the return to be processed.

The time required for you to receive a refund will depend on the following factors:

  • 1 to 10 business days for us to receive the return shipment from your shipper.
  • 1 to 3 business days for us to process your return.
  • 3 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund request.
