LIFECYCLE MARKETING MANAGER (REMOTE)-OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead our email and lifecycle marketing programs, using tactics to drive traffic, deepen engagement, and strengthen customer relationships. This role is remote and reports to the Director of Marketing

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Enhance the email/SMS program with an emphasis on quality list growth and timely messaging, and have a vision for future messaging touchpoints
  • Execute against the broader Marketing strategy within a well-defined email calendar, using scheduled emails to engage and convert audience segment(s)
  • Understand the customer journey through the Marketing funnel and develop email/SMS flows that can accommodate the perceived needs of those audiences.
  • Develop and utilize reporting to understand key levers for channel growth, including A/B testing used to improve the quality and content of all email touchpoints
  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives, programs, and campaigns with Media, Operations, Creative and outside vendors
  • Ensure the design and implementation of the product meet the brand guidelines, the vision of the original intention, and business goals
  • Stay current with best practices, technologies, trends, and CAN-SPAM laws

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of relevant experience with email marketing
  • Strong communicator with an ability to manage cross-functional projects
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Familiar with Klaviyo is a plus
  • Experience in CPG (both DTC and omnichannel) a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Exceptional storytelling skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and practices
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and receive feedback and constructive criticism well
  • Passion for fitness and/or sports
  • Experience using Slack and GSuite preferred
  • Experience dealing with celebrities and high-profile events preferred
