The Director of Partnerships will partner with our COO and leadership team to establish a partner activation strategy and execute new and existing partnerships across our portfolio of brands and distribution platforms. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with asset tracking, measurement and activation, and an exceptional work ethic.


  • Own the partnership deliverable and activation process from contract to execution
  • Own partnership growth and financial targets and P&L
  • Participate in the evaluation of and ideation around new partnership opportunities
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact and resource for delivery and execution of all partner-specific marketing assets
  • Manage communication between HOA stakeholders and partners to ensure the efficient and professional delivery of assets, liaising with agencies, legal and creative where needed
  • Represent the interests, vision, and objectives of House of Athlete in conversations with brand and distribution partners
  • Ideate on innovative, custom partner opportunities leveraging assets across content, facilities, and apparel
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with external stakeholders and assist with holding them accountable to contractual agreements
  • Host prospective and current partners at VIP events
  • Build and maintain financial forecasts
  • Track performance metrics
  • Stay ahead of renewal needs and timelines
  • Create processes, automation, and guidelines for launching and managing partnerships to drive efficiencies and improve internal communication
  • Act as an event manager as needed
  • Stay on top of latest industry trends and news, including competitor partnerships


  • 5+ years experience in partner management, ideally within sports, fitness, and/or media
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and can-do mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to set goals and track ROI/O
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and practices
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Passion for health and fitness
  • Experience using Slack and GSuite preferred
  • Hospitality, media advertising, and/or event experience preferred
  • Experience dealing with celebrities and high-profile events preferred
  • Travel required
